Eternal Forge Entertainment is an emerging video game development studio dedicated to creating deep and immersive experiences that connect players with unique worlds. Establishing our first headquarters in São Paulo, Brazil, we are forming a passionate team for our inaugural project, focused on combining RPG and survival elements in a mobile environment.

• Living and Interactive Worlds: We design environments where player actions directly affect the narrative, simulated economy, and relationships with non-playable characters.
• Advanced AI for NPCs: We plan to implement in the future non-playable characters with clear backstories and defined purposes that will evolve as the game progresses, this being a long-term vision for our titles.
• Co-creation with the Community: Through an early access model, we interact directly with players via live streams, discussion forums, and feedback sessions.

What We Expect From You

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of new gameplay mechanics for our mobile project, including character behaviors, combat systems, and user interface elements.
• Work closely with designers, artists, and other programmers to iterate on gameplay features and ensure an optimal player experience.
• Develop and take ownership of complete aspects of the game experience, contributing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with other programming team members to build sustainable technologies and optimized code for mobile platforms.
• Actively participate in feedback sessions and testing to refine developed functionalities.
• Maintain and optimize existing code, following best development practices.

Your Ideal Profile

• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years working with Unity, with knowledge of Unity 6.
• Solid command of C# programming and understanding of software architecture principles.
• Ability to easily integrate into existing codebases and propose architectural improvements.
• Experience in game development for mobile platforms (desirable).
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for mobile devices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas in all aspects of game production and development.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Studio Visit The next step will be an invitation to meet the team at our studio in São Paulo for in-person interviews. Should we decide not to move forward at any point in the recruitment process, we will let you know.
